This blog was born from my desire to share recipes and inspire others to enjoy gluten and dairy free living. Here you’ll find recipes I have adapted as well as my family favorites. You might say it’s my little bit of heaven. It’s a calming release of endorphins that liberates my creativity. I love to bake!

I am gluten and lactose intolerant. Around 2004 I began experimenting with GF and dairy-free baking. This journey has taken me through a lot of research, reading labels, studying labels, talking with nutritionists and naturopaths, testing recipes and flour blends and many hours of reading and studying about food intolerance and sensitivities. It’s been an exhausting and enlightening 12 years. Many mistakes and many discoveries but joy in every turn. Being healthy and happy is a life long journey…and worth every minute!
