Quinoa-Rice with Cranberry-Pecan

While I was at William Sonoma they were sampling “Instant pot Italian Herb Quinoa Starter.” It was so yummy, I had to get one. We decided to try it for Thanksgiving dinner, only we added toasted pecans and dried cranberries. It was a hit and added to our holiday menu.

If you are ever near a William Sonoma or want to order it on line…it’s definitely worth it.  The Italian herbs are just the right spices to compliment the quinoa and rice, giving it a warm-nutty flavor and with the added pecans and cranberries, I’m sure it will be a new favorite on your holiday menu.
