Roasted Maple Pecans
- 2 cups Pecans
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
In large skillet toast pecans over medium high heat, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the pecans. Once they start to heat they will toast quickly.
Place pecans in medium mixing bowl and drizzle with maple syrup and toss.
Add spices and toss.
Spread pecans on parchment paper to cool.
