Roasted Pumpkin and Sesame Seeds

Oh  My Goodness – these are so yummy and so simple!

Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, agave and a healthy oil…that’s it! A healthy delicious snack full of protein. Add to any salad and enjoy!

 Roasted Pumpkin and Sesame Seeds

  • 3 cups Pumpkin seeds (I use green pumpkin seeds or pepitas)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Grape Seed oil or any healthy oil
  • 2 tablespoons Agave

Mix above and spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 300° for 40 minutes

Yum!
